Operations and Pricing Strategy

Setting pay and pricing structures market by market from real usage data, not one number applied top-down, so margins hold without pushing people out as volume shifts.

Product Experimentation and Rollout

Testing new features on a small, controlled group first, then working with product and engineering to adapt the rollout market by market, instead of shipping one version everywhere.

Performance Analytics and Forecasting

Building statistical models to accurately forecast the impact of initiatives before they ship, so I can tell leadership exactly what it will do before they commit to it.

Data and Analytics Infrastructure

Writing my own SQL and building my own dashboards end to end, so decisions run on numbers I can defend, not a report I'm waiting on.

AI Tooling and Product Development

Automating analysis work that cuts effort by 90%+, encouraging AI adoption on my team, and shipping AI-built products from idea to something people actually use.

projects

built, not just prompted.

Two products I designed and shipped myself, Claude and Codex doing the coding while I made every product call.

01 / project

whitewash

Right before the World Cup, a football drafting game called 38-0 was all over social media. You'd build a squad, simulate a season, and see if you could go unbeaten. There wasn't a cricket version, so I built Whitewash: draft real squads across eras and try to win every match without a single loss.

ateri

I built Ateri in response to a problem my partner and I faced every day at home: "what's for dinner?" We'd have scattered discussions over text, never had our recipes saved anywhere, and more often than not weren't in sync on what we actually had at home when we were at the store.

about

I fix operations problems with data, then automate the parts that shouldn't need manual effort anymore.

Shahzain

In 5+ years across 17 markets, I've driven 7-figure cost savings, 90%+ efficiency gains with AI, and measurable performance gains across delivery, support, and pricing.

I use AI tools to dig into improvement opportunities, then build the tools and processes teams actually rely on. It's the same instinct behind Whitewash and Ateri, two products I built myself with Claude Code and Codex, from idea to something people use.

Outside of work, I enjoy football and, most recently, pickleball, and I've had a lifelong interest in tech, mobile phones especially, which probably explains why this whole site is built like one (or at least I tried).

I want to help companies put AI to real use, not just talk about it.

Open to analyst or operations roles, based in Finland or remote. Here's where to find me:
